Amornrat Chaiyosburan, advisor to the CEO of Bayer Group Co., Ltd., delivered 1,000 survival kits consisting of rice, canned fish, instant noodles, and boxed milk to Natthaphat Suwanprateep, the governor of Suphan Buri Province, and the disaster relief team of Suphan Buri Province to distribute aid to the flood-affected people in Suphan Buri Province, in accordance with the social responsibility policy of Bayer Paint under the Beger Be Happy project at the Suphan Buri Provincial Hall the other day.

Amornrat stated, “Bayer is concerned about our brothers and sisters in Suphan Buri due to the flooding situation that has persisted since late September. It can be seen that Suphan Buri Province continues to be affected, with high water levels in some areas, especially in four districts: Mueang District, Song Phi Nong District, Bang Pla Ma District, and U Thong District. We have learned that thousands of households still need ongoing assistance. Bayer has coordinated with the provincial disaster relief center to promptly send aid to the affected areas, preparing 1,000 survival kits for delivery to flood-affected citizens to help alleviate their immediate hardships. Additionally, Bayer plans to distribute assistance to other areas that are still affected.”

The Beger Be Happy project, a Bayer Paint initiative, is the company’s social responsibility policy, which the management has continuously focused on participating in the improvement of quality of life and giving back to society over the past seven years. The delivery of “survival kits” is another activity that conveys care and aims to bring smiles back to society. The survival kits from Bayer not only contain basic necessities for consumption but the sturdy containers can also be reused for various purposes, such as water storage, dry food storage, or utilized in various ways according to needs. We believe this will be beneficial to users in different situations and aligns with our commitment to “Eco-Wellness Innovation,” a philosophy of caring for the environment and the quality of life of consumers.” Amornrat added.
