Beger paint, a leader in innovative, eco-friendly paint, cherishes you and preserves Thai art and culture by supporting the research project “Color Set of Wat Ratchabophit Sathit Maha Simaram” in collaboration with the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI), the National Research Office (NRCT), the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR), along with the research team from Silpakorn University. They have created a color framework through the perspective of applied art creation and a Pantone prototype for use in product design, housing, and textiles. They also had the opportunity to pay respects and present the special color set “Sirimongkol” to His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch, Somdet Phra Ariyavongsakhatayan, at the temple hall of Wat Ratchabophit Sathit Maha Simaram in Phra Nakhon, Bangkok, recently.
Dr. Jarurat Chaiyosburan, Chief Financial Officer of Beger Group, revealed that “Beger is ready to preserve Thai art and culture while creating a colorful space to meet diverse needs. The color set “Sirimongkol,” consisting of 32 shades created this time, represents a special opportunity to have the trust of the research committee and experts to be part of the exploration, starting from collecting the colors of the tiles from Wat Ratchabophit and bringing the color shade data to create paint products and compile a Pantone book for use in product design, housing, and textiles. All 32 shades have been designed and developed by researchers and product developers from the Beger Innovation Center, achieving colors that accurately meet the research committee’s requirements, perfectly suited to the beautiful art of Thailand.”
