The event also included a ceremony for the educational merit-making to build a learning center for disabled children and an award presentation ceremony for the painting competition on the theme Art for All: 25 Years of Overcoming Limitations in Developing the Potential of Persons with Disabilities through the Creative Arts Process, honored by Yuthika Isarangkun Na Ayutthaya, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, as the chairperson of the ceremony at Art for All Village, Pracharuamjai Road, Khlong Samwa District, Bangkok.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/webprd.beger.co.th\/wp-content\/uploads\/article\/810300334.webp\" width=\"800\"><\/p>\n<p>Khun Yuthika Isarangkun Na Ayutthaya, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Culture, said, \u201cThroughout the time I have worked under the Ministry of Culture, I have been aware of the activities of Art for All, including youth camps for both disabled and non-disabled individuals, as well as disadvantaged citizens organized by the Art for All Foundation. This year marks the 25th year that the foundation has created good things for society while also developing the potential of people with disabilities, youth, and various personnel using art as a medium. The Ministry of Culture is pleased to continuously support these activities and to be involved in expanding the Art for All network internationally, starting with inviting ASEAN artists to participate in activities since 1999, with over 200 artists involved. I would like to congratulate the activities held today and encourage the creators of art, hoping that everyone will use their knowledge of art to create psychological value, generate economic value, and achieve success in the future.\u201d<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align:center\"><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" height=\"532\" src=\"https:\/\/webprd.beger.co.th\/wp-content\/uploads\/article\/811a4848d.webp\" width=\"800\"><\/p>\n<p>Professor Dr. Charnnarong Pharrungroje, Chairman of the Art for All Foundation, said, \u201cI believe in the power of self-motivation which we can see in people with disabilities. In today&#8217;s society, people with disabilities are being accepted more. People with disabilities have the same dignity as others. The most important aspect of social development is creating people. The activities of Art for All focus on developing the potential of individuals. Our foundation has created opportunities for people with disabilities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Many can gain acceptance in society and overcome the limitations of disability.
